Noglu is built on the belief that our customers want to feel confident about their food. We serve healthy, tasty and gourmet meals without gluten, organic and local as much as possible. We make no compromises, everything is homemade to guarantee 100% gluten-free and carefully sourced cuisine. We are committed to earning the trust of our customers with everything we cook. Frédérique Jules, specialist in sports and gluten and lactose intolerant dietetics, has surrounded herself with a dedicated team of pastry chefs and chefs to develop delicious recipes accessible to all. For 10 years, we have been a company in which trust permeates each of our decisions. We measure our success by the quality of our team.

Gluten and lactose intolerant since forever, I am my first customer. My job as a specialist in sports dietetics led me to discover very early on — well before Instagram — the concepts of Californian healthy and wellness food. They allowed me to rediscover the pleasure of eating, conviviality and being together at the table.

From there, I imagined Noglu to offer a gluten-free and gourmet alternative to French cuisine and pastry accessible to everyone.
